Editorial Responsibility

Lectura, the Internet portal of the Rhône-Alpes central cities, is under the editorial responsibility of the Rhône-Alpes agency for books and documentation known as ARALD.

The contents of this portal are coordinated by a steering committee made up of the directors of the eight public libraries of the central cities of the Rhône-Alpes region, and representatives of the Rhône-Alpes Regional Council, the Rhône-Alpes Directorate of Cultural Affairs and the ARALD.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

The contents and the data held on Lectura, the Internet portal of the public libraries of the Rhône-Alpes central cities, are protected and governed by a Creative Commons licence contract which can be consulted at the following address: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/fr/

The terms of the contract require:

• Noncommercial
• No Derivatives Works

This means that you are free to copy the contents and data, distribute them and make them known to the public under the following conditions:

Attribution.

You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.

In Lectura, the authorship of the contents and data is as follows

• the authorship of the graphic design of Lectura, together with all the contents which are not the exclusive property of one of the libraries as mentioned below, belongs to the ARALD;
• the authorship of the digitized documents, the pictures in the gallery and the links directory, together with the contents of the virtual exhibitions and the educational resources, belongs to the library with which all these items are associated, that is to say the library which holds the original document and/or has produced the Internet product.

Noncommercial

You may not use this work for commercial purposes

No Derivative Works.

You may not alter, transform, or build upon Lectura contents.

For any reuse or distribution of the Lectura content, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work.

Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder (by contacting the Lectura webmaster by means of the contact form).

Everything that is stated above does not affect your rights as a user (exceptions to copyright: copies for the private use of the copier, short quotes, parodies…)
